My husband wants to quit smoking and is interested in the laser therapy, but we don’t want to sink the money into something that’s not going to work. Please only respond if you or someone u know has tried it. Although I value everyone’s opinion. Educated opinions are what we need.

Laser therapy?
Can’t say I’ve heard of that.
Sounds like an expensive gimmick.
I have heard acupuncture is good along with hypnotherapy.
But both come at a price.

Still the best method by far is ; the smoker has to want to quit,
pick a day to stop smoking & NEVER SMOKE AGAIN.
Contact the NHS quit smoking helpline if you’re in the UK.
Use nicotine patches or gum ( free on the NHS ) follow the instructions on the packets & remember any cravings will pass with time.
Try to look forward, not back.
Remind your husband daily
1 he can do this
2 you are proud of him
3 plan what to spend the money you’ve saved, together.

What are some good methods to stop smoking? I tried taking welbutron but it really affected my sleeping. Chantix didn’t help much either. Has anyone ever used hypnosis to stop?

There are many methods used to stop smoking such as pills, patches, gums, hypnosis,therapy or nicotine relief patches. Or just quit naturally, by eating something else you like (for example chocolate cake)

I put the catridge in and it tastes horrible! Like chemicals or something! Did I put an empty catridge in or something?

Smoking everywhere’s carts taste terrible in my opinion. I own one and wasn’t happy with it at all. Besides always getting a mouthful of juice too. You could try to take those carts back and see if they will exchange them, but they probably won’t. Worth a try tho.
Otherwise do some research. I have learned to use mine without the carts and bought some tasty e-liquid to drip directly on the atomizer. Works better, but I quickly replaced the e-cig with a better model and MUCH cheaper too.
Start on some forums to learn more about them and read some reviews on other brands.
I started reading on e-cigarette-forum.com and learned a lot and pick a way better e-cig for me.
