Hello, you’ve probably come here looking for a way to quit smoking, or to help you stop smoking. There is one thing that I’ve tried and it’s worked pretty well for me. I started using the E cigarette now. The E cigarette is not something that is approved for quitting smoking but what I have found is that it really helped me cut back on my smoking. I haven’t quit smoking totally but I’m doing a lot better. I have cut my smoking in half. It saves me a lot of money not buying cigarettes. I am trying to stop smoking in the process.
