PostHeaderIcon Can anyone recommend a nicotine patch?

I am wanting to quit smoking. I have tried cold-turkey. I have tried to ween myself off of cigarettes. I have tried Wellbutrin. I have been unsuccessful. Because of having diabetes and high blood pressure, I am desperately trying to quit. I was able to walk away from a cocaine addiction and quit drinking, but find that quitting cigarettes to be most difficult. I cannot chew the gum and don’t think I would like the lozenges. I am wanting to try a nicotine patch and would like some reviews from others that have used patches and were successful.

You might want to try those electronic cigarettes. I have alot of friends who have quit with those, and alot who use them as alternative smoking methods. So some quit with it, some smoke with it – but many have gotten away from the traditional cigarette, smells, and all of the stuff that is not wanted from smoking.

So if your interested, check out http://smoke-anywhere.org , they offer a fair price, and the product is easy to use -its not like the other ones out there which require nicotine mg vials, and dropping liquid etc. Its just simply 2 pieces, you screw it on and you smoke it – when its gone you put another on. Also it saves money, because you can smoke the equivalent of a carton for only 15$. They also have alot of flavors – regular, menthol, chocolatee, vanilla, coffee, etc.

Its quite the interesting device — I think why this is so popular and proven to work is because its the only item out there to smoke that youactuallyy smoke, and it feels like you are smoking in the back of your throat, but without all those nasty poisons/chemicals found in tobacco cigarettes.

Something to think about it – has no smell, and no flames/ashes – this would prevent the smell some are bothered by, and would mean no smelly ashtrays lingering either — and yourself wont either.

I tried lozenges, and other things – Hell they want over 40$ for 72 tablets, that means every 3-5 days I have to spend 40-50$ and then I have to do that, for over a month with different step packages/stages.

The only thing that worked for me was this, because it feels like I am still smoking, without all the bad things that involve smoking. MY family and friends are happy with me, and I am happy with myself. It’s a win win.

Good luck!

PostHeaderIcon How to use puff cigarettes.. Help w/Props?

Ok so I am doing props for our musical review and we are thinking about using those fake puff cigarettes… We have a couple in storage but my question is HOW DO THEY WORK? I’ve tried to get them to work but I don’t know how. Help..

If it’s the kind I think they are then all you have to do is blow into them.

PostHeaderIcon which is the best e-cigarette?

me and some of my friends have been looking at switching to electronic cigarettes. between two of us we spent $50 on five packs of Djarum Blacks, and it was kind of a waking up point that were ready for the change. Ive looked around and I am kinda getting lost in all the mumbo jumbo on all the websites. My friend that is making the switch with me, I believe, has ordered his from Blu Cigs, and so far it seems the best price for the most product (I also like that they give you samples of each flavor). I looked around here and saw some good reviews on it, and also for Green Smoke, but I wasnt too impressed with them.
Is there any other brands I should check out?
Have you had any issues regarding the "smoking anywhere" stuff?
Has anyone traveled via airplane with them/ did you have any issues?
How exactly do you know when a cartrige is out?
Anything else I should know?

There is a lot you should know. First – stay away from smoking everywhere/anywhere – their model is an overpriced RN4081 and i can guarantee you won’t like it when you get it home. (Experience =/ )

2nd. Go to Vapersforum.com or E-cigarette-forum.com and check out some information on there. Also you can watch some youtube vids. There are MANY different models and prices vary by a lot. Green Smokes being one of the most expensive, Blu…. mmmm whenever they ship, could be 6 weeks? anyway is ok, but most people switch from it. It’s still to expensive for what you get.

If you like the 2 pc Green smokes model, then look into the KR808D model (less expensive than Green Smokes). If the 3 pc is your preference the 3 most popular models are the M401, Joye 510, DSE 901, and DSE 801. Just so you know what’s what but again, there are many other models. LOL

Both of those forums have links to reputable vendors and everyone is willing to help you out and answer questions.

once you get your e-cig, give it a little time to get used to it and you’ll love it. There’s a learning curve, but after that… you’ll be fine.

It’s really worth it.

PostHeaderIcon Which one of these cigarettes should i choose?

i have heard great reviews about Marlboro Virginia Blend’s and Camel Turkish Royal’s but im really having a hard time deciding between the two, i am looking for something that is somewhere between a light, and a really strong cigarette like a red/ camel filter. Do either of those fit what im looking for?

Camel Crush:
Camel Crush is a customizable cigarette that contains a small blue menthol capsule within the filter. By squeezing the filter before or while smoking the cigarette, a small blue capsule is crushed and releases chemicals into your filter, transforming a regular cigarette into a menthol one in a matter of moments.
