methods to stop smoking cigarette?
I have been smoking cigaretts now for over 20 years, but in the last 2 months I have started smoking 1 to 2 packs per day and I can’t seem to help myself to cut down or stop.
Cigarette smoking is an addiction that can only stop when you honestly commit yourself to the task. When you have made the committent to yourself, you will be successful ! This site has some great info.

You have to really want to qiut to quit…….if not try thinking of a gross lung everytime you want a cigg.
When I quit i kept thinking about how gross I felt every morning, after three days I felt GREAT in the morning……think of the future.

God it is hard but cold turkey and gum chewing is still statistically the most successful way. My mom smoked 40 years and that was the only way she finally quit.

When you know these facts, quitting is not that hard anymore.
Smoking will damage blood vessels in the penis and will shorten the penis and ultimately lead to impotence. This is all real. Canada and Australia alread force "Smoking can lead to impotence" label on cigarette box.
